We are looking for people and organisations to get involved with some upcoming careers education events.

Year 11 Careers Carousel - 26th April

On 26th April we will be running our popular Year 11 Careers Carousel sessions.

This event involves visitors rotating round 4 classrooms and taking part in 15 minute Q&A sessions with students. 

These talks focus on an individual’s career journey and previous/current roles and provide ‘real world’ examples to students of what different people’s career paths actually look like.

We need around 8 volunteers to take part in this event.

Y10 Insight into Industry – 8th and 9th July

An industry-led session that allows employers and training providers to really promote their industry and ‘plant the seed’ with students regarding any recruitment goals they may have.

There will be four different industries attending both of the sessions over two one-hour sessions running.

We will consider any/all industries, but are particularly interested in hearing from people in the following:

Engineering
Finance/Business
Law
Arts 
Retail
Tech
Manufacturing
Public Sector

Careers Fair - 11th July

Come and join us at KES during careers week for our popular Careers Fair. 

Stands are available for businesses, training providers, colleges and universities to promote themselves and find out more about our students.

This is a full day commitment and is always popular with our students.
